GENERAL RULES
I have the rights to decline if I can't fullfil the request.
I will prioritize commercial work first. The personal commission will be done according to the order time list, payment, and my work schedule.
Please make sure you are 100% comfortable with how I draw as I will not deviate from my style.
Payment via Paypal (USD) or Local Bank (IDR: BNI).
IDR Price : rate 1 USD = IDR 10k
Payment will be according to the stated price + calculated tax for Paypal (calculated with: https://www.salecalc.com/paypal)
Refunds will only be given for a commission that has no progress in 2 months.
When we come to an agreement for the sketch you need to give me full payment. I will send you the invoice for payment on PayPal/E-mail.
Work will not be started unless payment has been received. A refund is not available after full payment.
You can ask me for updates or WIP (Work in Progress).
HD version will be sent to your e-mail (JPG/PNG/PSD).
REVISION TERMS
Revision only during concept and sketch.
Maximum revision is 3 times. More than that will get an additional fee.
Major revision after clean sketch will add some fee. No changes/revisions after the final artwork.
Minor: change expression, color adjustment, a bit of detail adding.
Major revision: pose change, character change, costume change.
EXTRA CHARGE
Cover art / music will have commercial charge depends on the use
Separated layers for cover video (hands, hair, clothes, acc, etc.) start at 20$+ depending on the complexity

COPYRIGHT
I have the right to publish my art on any website that I want as a portfolio but I'm willing to keep it private depending on the discussion.
You (as the commissioner) DO have the right to publish/upload your commissioned art from me to any website (credit is needed).
You (as the commissioner) DO have the right to edit/render the piece that you bought from me (I would prefer if you tell me first if you did).
You (as the commissioner) DON'T have any right to use your personal commissioned art as a commercial object.
You (as the commissioner) AREN'T allowed to sell any part of the commission as NFT.
Other people besides you (as the commissioner) and I DON'T have any right to publish/upload my art to other websites unless they have my/commissioner's permission.
